Announcement
The
IADAT-tcn2006 Conference is organised by the International
Association for the Development of Advances inTechnology
(IADAT) and the University of Portsmouth with the support
of IEE. This conference will continue the series of
successful IADAT conferences, following IADAT-tcn2005
Portsmouth. IADAT-tcn conference series provides excellent
opportunities for researchers, scientists, technologies,
and industrialists to present leading scientific research
findings, innovations, and developments in the area
of telecommunications and computer networks.
IADAT-tcn
conferences attract international participation. IADAT-tcn2005 was attended by delegates from over 16 countries and featured
exhibitions from a number of international companies.
IADAT-tcn2006
provides an opportunity not only to present and listen
to latest research findings, but also to see the latest
innovations, industrial products, and attend workshops
given by leading experts.
Main
purpose
The
main goal of the IADAT-tcn2006 Conference is to provide
an international forum for researchers, scientists,
students, technologists, and people from industry to
present, demonstrate, and discuss the latest research
findings, developments, applications, and innovations
in both software and hardware, in the field of Telecommunications
and Computer Networks.
The
conference programme will include a number of workshops that aim to introduce delegates to and/or further their
understanding of some technologies and software in the area of telecommunication and computer networks. The conference
will provide and excellent opportunity for research and development organisations to demonstrate their latest products.
Who
should attend?
Researchers,
academics, professors, educational scientists, technologists,
and people from industry are all invited to attend.
The conference will present an excellent opportunity
to learn about some of the key industrial technologies,
some underpinning principles and advanced research and
development activities. To delegates from academia,
it is an opportunity to see the latest development in
industry. To delegates from industry the conference
will present a unique opportunity to learn about key
technologies and their directions. Technical papers
that present results based on innovations, research,
and technologies in the area of telecommunications and
computer networks are invited.

Notification
of acceptance/rejection of submitted paper summaries
will be sent via e-mail by June 125, 2006.
Submission
of Summaries
Summaries
must be submitted in Microsoft Word or Adobe Acrobat
(PDF) file formats by uploading to the IADAT-tcn2006
website: www.iadat.org/IADAT-tcn2006. The technical
programme Committee will review each summary. The summary
must be in English, and should be a maximum of 3 A4
size pages long, including figures and diagrams. Each
paper summary will be published in the printed Proceedings
and each final paper will be included in the Conference
programme and published in the Conference Proceedings
on CD-ROM.
Presentation
Authors
are invited to submit original papers for Conference
presentations in either of the following categories:
oral or poster presentation.The general purpose is to
exchange ideas by concentrating the papers on relevant
topics.
All
accepted papers will be published in the Conference
Proceedings Book and on CD-ROM.

help for the Authors, which includes the formatting
guidelines for paper submission and a detailed description
in order to improve the presentation of papers at the
Conference.

International Conference provides a unique opportunity
for the participants to visit Portsmouth. Portsmouth
is a historic naval city in the South of England and
has one of the best weathers in the UK. It has excellent
transport links to all main London airports by coach

University of Portsmouth, which has state of the art
