University accommodation will be available at a reasonable cost.  Rees Hall is situated on Southsea common, only 300 metres from the beach.  The hall consists of 254 en-suite bedrooms, 25 of which are double-bedded rooms, two guest lounges, restaurant, bar and 24 hour reception.

Each room is en-suite and is provided with all linen, towels, hospitality pack (soap, shower, gel, etc.) tea and coffee making facilities and direct dial telephone.

Rees Hall boasts a 170 cover restaurant which will be available for breakfast and evening dinner and a licensed bar.  The bar is normally open to all guests between 19.00 and 23.00 hours.

In addition as a seaside holiday resort Portsmouth and Southsea boasts the full spectrum of accommodation from the simple bed-and-breakfast to 4 star hotels.
