This year marks the 5^th IADAT Conferences cycle.  The IADAT organization holds several conferences annually around the world. IADAT Conferences  provide your company with the opportunity to network with engineers, researchers and managers from companies worldwide who attend and participe in a prestigious international event. On the other hand, your sponsorship will help us continue to keep conference registration costs  low while ensuring  high quality event.

Our sponsorships  offer a great platform to promote your organisation’s activities with optimum exposure during and after the conference. Each sponsorship level consists of a variety of associated benefits that provide the opportunity for delegates to meet  your company and your executive and/or managers to find out more about the opportunities in the conference sector.

Registration

If you are interested in sponsoring  IADAT Conferences, this section outlines some the options available.

1. Submit the sponsorship form 

Once you have selected a sponsorship level and/or additional sponsorship opportunities, you should submit the IADAT sponsorship form. There are two options availbable.The easiest way to register is online or you may mail or fax this application

•  Online Sponsorship Form 

•  Download Application Form printable version and fax it to IADAT Sponsorship

2.  Individualized Sponsorship Packet

We will provide you an Individualized Sponsorship Packet which include the following documents:

• Basic Information (IADAT information, Conference details, ...)

• Terms and Conditions of Sponsorship Agreement

• Exhibitor Agreement Terms

• Deadlines and Contacts

3. Registration

The confirmation of  participation of your  Company at IADAT Conferences as Sponsorship must be handled on the documents included in the Individualized Sponsorship Packet

Payment can be  made using one of the following methods:
